Angus joined as a Trustee in 2024 and brings specific financial experience to the Board. Before retiring in 2023, he was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London specialising in tax, transaction services and real estate. He qualified as an accountant in Sydney, Australia before moving to the UK in 1990. Angus was with PricewaterhouseCoopers throughout undertaking a variety of management and client service roles. Angus has had previous charitable experience having acted as Honorary Treasurer for the Sir Robert Menzies Memorial Trust, an educational charity funding post graduate study in the UK.
Rozelyn Bristowe joined the Early Years Network Fund as a Trustee in 2024. She worked for a leading fundraising consultancy for seven years before working freelance in the health, legal and university sectors. Prior to this she worked at Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity, the National Film and Television School and Durham University in major gift and trust and foundation fundraising. Roz is a certified member of and mentor for the UK Institute of Fundraising.
Rod has a background in starting and scaling businesses with almost 2 decades focusing on the UK real estate investment sector.
He is a parent of 3 children, one of whom is autistic with complex needs. Rod is passionate about education for children with special needs and has experience of navigating the system in terms of settings, EHCPs, external therapies, and Local Authorities. Understanding the difficulties and challenges parents face in trying to provide what can be seen as "basic needs" to their disabled children.
He also founded a not for profit day care centre for adults with severe learning and physical disabilities, which has doubled in size since inception 2 years ago.
